And you can chat with the other players before game start or when the game is running.
In TB2, TR, and now TB3D you can play against people from all over the world at WON.net’s game server. The internet game is a chapter of it own. The only minus in the game is the Map View where you navigate a little boat around. The game supports Force Feedback joysticks that adds an extra dimention to the game. With a 3Dfx card the game looks a lot better then if you are only using DirectX. A full blown 3D fishing simulator packed with a lots of lakes and fish and gears. The first 3D fishing game in the trophy serie is the Field and Stream Trophy Bass 3D. Like ht TB3D TB4 also supports FF jousticks. The pure graphic og the view has no impact on the game, but it's still a shame that the best fishing games ever has thouse small weaknes - but nothing is perfect. And the Map View is still the old ugly one from TB3. Some of the weaknes in the game is the chat room that has lost some of it's funktionalities. Some new features are also the floating camera that gives the game a hole new dimention.Ī noter feature is a team multiplayer option - I don't know if it has ever been used but it still makes the game stand out from the rest on the marked. The game is an upgreat of TB3D and includes the old lakes plus the one from the TB3D Lake expansion pack.
